Auditing of small and medium sized businesses is our primary focus. We spend the majority of our time in the Commercial, Retail and Industrial Market segments, retrofitting interior and exterior lighting products that are past their prime. With energy costs on the increase, we can also recommend lighting controls to further reduce your electricity footprint.
Bigger is not always better, and when you focus on the areas that provide the most success, then that is the "Sweet spot". Our proven success is focused on Small and Medium sized projects between 25-350 fixtures. The fixture numbers for every project are different, just like all Light Fixtures are not created equal.... We use suppliers from all over the world, primarily Canada, United states, and China. We emphasize the fact that all products are certified and tested for the Canadian marketplace with CSA, cUL and cETL. They meet or exceed Energy Effciency Standards with DLC (Design Lights Consortium) and Energy star certification. We source locally, when possible and all projects come complete with a min (5) year Warranty…. Not bad for lights that reduce your maintenance costs!
